No, our service is based on having exclusive virtual Collaborators for each client.

ONCE THE PAYMENT IS MADE, WHATHOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY VIRTUAL ASSISTANT READY?

As soon as we verify your payment, you will be contacted by us to have the profile information you need for your ASSISTANT. Within 2 days at the latest, you will have the opportunity to interview 3 of the candidates. You will be able to talk with each one (approximately 15 minute interviews). Once you have selected your secretary and we have the local phone line ready for your office, you can start using the service.

WHAT ARE THE WORKING HOURS OF THE SERVICE?

You choose between these 2 schedules:

Schedule A:

Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 pm. (except lunch hour).

Saturdays. 9:00 am. – 2:00 p.m.

Schedule B:

Monday to Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (except lunch hour).

Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

(Holidays of your country are not included).
